Project Overview
Perched above the ocean in Kingscliff, Seaview is one of our most exciting current builds, a modern coastal home designed to celebrate light, form, and craftsmanship. From the first footing to the final finishes, this home embodies what we love most about building, creating timeless, high-end spaces that feel effortless and grounded in their surroundings.
We’re currently in the final stages of construction, with the kitchen installed and interior detailing well underway. Even without the finishing touches, Seaview already reveals the harmony between structure and design that defines RMC Build projects.
The Build Journey
Every stage of Seaview has been approached with precision, care, and a deep respect for craftsmanship.
We began with detailed groundworks and structural retaining walls to support the home’s elevated coastal position, ensuring both strength and longevity. From there, our team progressed through framing, roofing, and exterior cladding, each phase refined to meet the architectural vision while maintaining on-site efficiency and technical excellence.
The build has been shaped by constant collaboration and meticulous attention to detail. The custom pool installation, external finishes, and interior fit-out all reflect RMC Build’s commitment to quality workmanship and clear communication throughout every stage of construction.
With cabinetry now complete and finishing touches underway, Seaview is transitioning from a build site to a home, one that perfectly balances function, form, and coastal character.

Architectural Vision — The Coastal Form
While Seaview is still under construction, these architectural renders created by RMC Creative capture the home’s intended scale, structure, and relationship to the site. They highlight the strong coastal geometry, the connection between the indoor and outdoor spaces, and the natural materials that define the home’s exterior palette.
A soft rendered finish, light stonework, and warm timber detailing give Seaview a timeless coastal feel, modern yet relaxed, grounded in its ocean-side setting.
Design Vision — Modern Coastal Refinement
Working in collaboration with RMC Creative, the design for Seaview pairs robust architectural form with relaxed, organic finishes, creating a home that feels equally sophisticated and inviting.
Soft render tones, warm timbers, and natural stonework bring a grounded warmth, while the interior palette layers texture and light to enhance the natural coastal atmosphere. Large openings frame the ocean outlook and flood the home with natural light, blurring the boundary between indoor and outdoor living.
The result is a modern coastal residence that feels timeless, calm, and effortlessly liveable, a true reflection of RMC’s combined approach to design and construction.
